SUMMARY:Central Iowa Sampler 600K - 2025
DESCRIPTION:Our last brevet of the Super Randonneur series will use a variation of the “Central Iowa Sampler” route which went to Audubon on the first segment then\, after an overnight in Ames\, out to Marshalltown and Eudora to wrap up the 600K. This “V2” of the route skips the out & back to Audubon in favor of a somewhat shorter day one with a consequently longer second day. The advantage of this is less pressure to get to the stores in Ogden and Madrid before they close – important if it’s hot! This route has been slightly adjusted to deal with construction of a roundabout east of Granger\, IA and a trail closure in Redfield\, IA. \nHere are the details:\nACP sanctioned\, 375 miles\, 9\,426 feet of climbing\nFull route here \nTo register: \nTo register for this event complete the registration form below.
